FairMCA is a service of Fairloan Consultants Inc., a New York company at 22 South Ridge Road, Pomona, NY 10970.
We check the MCA debits in your connected bank accounts against your agreement and your real sales, and show you what the agreement allows. If you want help using the report, we can negotiate with your funders together with you. That is a separate service, priced for each case before we begin, and nothing goes to a funder without your OK.
Through our affiliate, Streamline Finance (Streamlined Consultants Inc.), we work with business owners who carry merchant cash advances. Reading their agreements, we kept finding the same thing: a reconciliation clause the owner had never used, and a funder still drafting the full payment after sales fell. FairMCA turns that check into a report any business owner can order.
Software reads your bank records and agreements and does the math. Before you see a report, someone on our team checks it.
We are not a debt relief or debt settlement company, a law firm, or a lender, and we do not give legal advice. A reduction or pause delays payments; it does not forgive the balance. For a default, a lawsuit, a confession of judgment or a lien notice, talk to a lawyer licensed in your state.
We read your bank data through Plaid, read-only, and we never sell it. How your data is kept explains who sees what and for how long.
